Christian County’s coronavirus total increases to 297 with 11 new cases

The health department reported 90 active cases of COVID-19 and 203 people who had recovered from the illness.

The Christian County Health Department reported 11 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases Thursday, raising the county’s total to 297 cases. The increase follows 19 new cases on Wednesday.

As of Thursday, there were 90 active cases and 203 recovered cases, in addition to the county’s four deaths from coronavirus complications.

The number of confirmed, active cases by age group are:

  • Youth (0-21): 16
  • Young Adult-Middle Age (22-59): 58
  • Older Adult (60-84): 14
  • Elderly (85+): 2
